Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep through our trusted courier partners.
Quality Check and Refund
After your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will process your refund or ship your exchanged item within 5-7 business days.
